Heiner Hoefer is a proven expert in the banking and finance industry. In his more than 20-year career to date, Heiner Hoefer has worked for well-known consulting firms in the financial services industry and for leading insurance companies. Among other things, he worked as Head of Customer Orientation, Operation and it and as a partner in in-house consulting for Allianz Germany. This was followed by positions at Oliver Wyman and KPMG in management positions as a consultant.
The focus of his work has always been the transformation of business processes in the insurance industry, triggered by the rapid development of digital IT and operations processes. Hoefer is also an expert in the implementation of new business models with a special focus on services with added value for the customer. The graduate industrial engineer and MBA is excellently networked in the German insurance and financial technology scene. Hoefer on his new challenge: “I am very pleased to expand Capco’s portfolio of solutions and to use the expertise that has already been excellent in other sectors and countries for the insurance industry as well.
